Get to Know Boston
Thank you Goodreads for the opportunity to read a lovely book "THAT YEAR IN BOSTON." The novel gave a glimpse of a city that is just a tad bit slower pace than the rest of the country. G D. Spilsbury gave me an idea of the beauty and history of Boston. I started to really feel like I knew the people who populate the book and I almost felt as if I could pick up the phone and call them.
I was also treated to an inside view of a small publishing company and what went into publishing a book. Then there was the love story which threaded its way through the company, town and family's of the two main characters. This is the type of book you run to read and get away.
